Here I am interviewed along with my team EMC monkeys to begin our own weekly show on an internet channel (I-Student 17 KFLiveTV). I kinda have no idea where to watch it lol but I will know once we get it lifted off.we going to call the show "30 minutes of your life wasted" j/k

Food.u know i never even practiced 3 FINGERED PUSHUPS but i just tried it at practice one day and i could do it. it's just one of those freebies that come along with practicing a lot of martial arts.Then i tried 2 fingered pushups (bruce lee style) and i almost broke my nose. now it's mandatory NOT to laugh.
