I got a new oven and was really excited to bake with it! I made a Pandan Chiffon cake. It's really difficult to make chiffon/sponge cakes because they can end up dry and flaky. During my first few attempts a few years ago, I ended up with big air holes in them. So, the other day, I wanted to try it again.
Day 2
I was worried it wasn't going to rise..
Then I got worried that it wasn't going to stop!
The cake will be inverted to cool down
I was too eager to see if it turned out ok, I used a knife and ruin the top ..
But nom nom nom..it tasted really good! Anyone want some?

I melted my own arm. The rack fell and landed on my arm. Ouch! The doctor said it's a pretty deep burn so it will leave a scar
