ZANE started out his career as a member of the Yokohama based Hip Hop / R&B group, three NATION. The group released 7 singles and 2 albums in the course of 3 years from EMI Music Japan. One of them being "OLIVIA once again", which became a smash hit, selling 50,000 copies shortly after its release and is still selling till this day. With his versatile and heavy stylistic rhyming skill, ZANE made guest appearances in albums of numerous different artists. In 2007, he established his own independent label, INNOXVIA inc. and started his career as a solo artist. His first solo album, "Melodic Flow" was a great success, proving his versatility and creativity with guest appearances by the New York based MC, SUBSTANTIAL and Japanese R&B artist, HI-D. Shortly after the release, ZANE made a guest appearance at the half time show of the AND1 Mixtape Tour JAPAN 2008. His diversity in music continued to expand in his second album, "Loop Sequence" in which he based all of the tracks on electro and house music. Meanwhile, he starts producing for other artists, providing his artistic skills not just in the field of music, but in graphic and web design, fashion and many other aspects which gave him the ability to produce artists totally, including himself. His first work as a producer was that of a professional AND1 street baller, in which he was involved heavily in the musical and visual production. The album ranked 5th in the Japanese independent album chart. ZANE will continue to pursue his career and in 2009, he will start touring not just in Japan but all over the world, aiming to gain international recognition.
