Just a while, I went to Xiamen and worked there for one day.
This is the first time I've ever stepped foot in this place.
Everything is as prosperous as imagined.
Every time I travel abroad,
I would try their local delicacies.
Noodle Paste...main ingredients include green soya bean, strips of cucumber, pig blood, pig liver and vermicelli.
I've had 3 big meals with Chinese mitten crabs on this trip. haha~!
I didn't expect to see the duty free shop in Xiamen's airport to be closed at 7PM!!!
The short 20+ hour trip may have seemed a bit rushed.
But...I still managed to bring some local delicacies back to Hong Kong.
On the next day after returning to Hong Kong, I have already used it to make "tong sui" and shared it amongst my friends. |

一切比想像中來得繁榮 ..
每次去到外地的時候 ..

" 麵線糊 " .. 主要材料有青豆 , 青瓜絲 , 豬紅 , 豬大腸和米粉 ..
這旅程 .. 我吃了三餐大閘蟹 .. hha ..
沒想過 .. 晚上七時多 .. 廈門機場內的 duty free .. 已關門了 !!
短短二十多小時的旅程一切也來得很趕 ..
但 .. 我仍有帶點當地特產回港 ..
芋頭 .. hha ..
返港的第二天 , 更把它們煲了糖水給一班朋友試吃啊 ..
