The first day in Seoul, JBS had to leave for the airport in 5 hours. We met up with another good friend of Brian & Annie’s - Gihoon and his girlfriend Na Yeon. They were super nice peeps & really took care of us. They took me & JBS out to lunch at a dope kalbi rib place; another DOPE DOPE DOPE meal!
FINALLY, we made it to Seoul after a 2 hour drive from Chuncheon; it was 01:00 am & we were met by JBS & Annie’s good freind, Goo & Cyrus.
They took us to a DOPE late night spot which served what JBS was raving about for the last 4 days; “Sam Geuk Sal”which is barbecued bacon.
The 4th day in Chuenchon, Korea was the Finals for all events. We started at 8am that morning; & that was the only chance I had to watch the skateboarding practice; for the rest of the morning I was busy judging while JBS MC’d…
It’s been a busy week & I’ve got a bit more to write about our last trip to Korea, will update in a couple of days.
I’m psyched, coz next week I’m going down to Singapore for a night to hit up the 24Herbs show & meet up with friends… It’s been ages since I’ve been to SG, I’m So looking forward!
The day right after SG, JBS & I are heading out to Korea AGAIN, this time to Busan, for the TreX games there.
Busy as Fcuk!! That does not leave much time for me to go skate, so today I’ve set up a new deck with new wheels ...Read more
