Vans Syndicate - Steve Olson

I like these sneakers because I like the Skate Legend even more.

Vans Syndicate has released a new shoe with skate legend Steve Olson . Steve Olson is one of the pioneers of skateboarding, in the 70’s;

“Back in 1978, he introduced us all to hardcore punk rock skateboarding. If not for him, skaters would still have long bleach blond hair, O.P. short shorts and listen to Led Zep and Fleetwood Mac. Steve left his indelible mark on skateboarding. Olson changed the look and outlook of skateboarding forever”

Vans Syndicate worked with him on a pack of two sneakers for Fall ‘08. There is a high top and a low top sneaker, both coming in black with suede snakeskin on the upper, white mid sole and toe cap.

These are my favorite Vans right now; I had to cope these Low top puppies when I saw them in 8Five2 Shop; we’re really lucky that we have cool skate shops in Hong Kong like 8Five2, because Vans Syndicate is only available in Supreme Tokyo & 8five2 in Hong Kong in the WHOLE OF ASIA… What?!!
