DC Shoes - Smith 2.0

Its always good to receive a package; especially from DC!

Just in time for my skate session on Saturday afternoon, perfect to ‘test drive’ these Ryan Smith 2.0’s which I have been eager to try out for a while!  The grey and red colorway look sick, & I was psyched to get these Grey ones.

The Smith 2.0’s look remarkably like Vans Half Cabs* ( my *all time favorite** skate shoe) & they have clean lines & looks.  At first I thought they seemed a bit wider than the Vans Half Cab, ( Vans Syndicate Half Cabs are sexy slim! ) but there is a difference with this shoe, you’ll notice it once you put them on.  You can feel the added support & protection where its needed.

After an afternoon’s session using these, I was impressed.  The vulcanized sole has the same grippy hold that skaters crave today, & DC’s super suede held up well; they last 50% longer than regular suede & are exclusive to DC Shoes.  Will see how they hold up in the coming weeks.

These are my skate shoes of choice for now!!
