Went to the south beach today, its in hong kong btw, just to get away from my pad, to revise for the final the following day. I didnt have sun block, so i walked up to the vendor and asked for some. At first he said theres none, then out of no where he pulled out this black bottle with writings all over, 'apparently its been used,' he said. Even at $120 hk, without second thought, i gladly paid him a hundred, since its been used. Not knowing what i m about to go through, i spent three hours straight under direct sunlight, and boy the sun was burning like i m shish kebab on a stick.
'Good that i got my sun block with me,' i thought, as i applied it all over, without looking at the bottle.
When i got home, i looked at myself in the mirror, my face started to itch and my legs hurt. Not knowing the exact cause of this, i called a friend of mine, who is also out on the beach, to get me some tan relief on her way back. Couple hours later she arrived and the moment she saw me, she was like,' dude you look like a lobster! you sure that vendor person gave u sun block not tanning oil?' Turns out shes right, it is a blasted bottle of tanning oil.
Guys, watch out for vendors out there who dont seem to understand the word 'sun block', or u might end up like me, like a boston lobster... Anyways, i m going off to samui for the weekend, thats right, more sun tanning. Any one of u who are going or already there, see u on the beach! And dont forget to bring your sun tan lotion :P
