If you are in Los Angeles Wednesday, December 1st, please COME OUT to the WORLD PREMIERE of the FULL DIRECTOR'S CUT of my short film "The Case", which was initially inspired by YOMYOMF's Interpretations Short Film Initiative. "The Case" is a hybrid Noir/Sci-Fi film, a homage to Ed Wood, Spaghetti Westerns and Detective Movies, and is the B-Movie to end all B-Movies. And also check out this awesome poster done up by David Meyer, MFA Graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts in Film and Set Design.
Here is more information about the event:
Short Film Night

Los Angeles, CA 90029 (Sunset)
$8 Cover / 21+
All Films Screen at 8:30 PM
My Film Will Screen at 10:00 PM
The El Cid also features incredible food and spirits, and it is an awesome historic venue. The legendary filmmaker D.W. Griffith actually built the place to screen his controversial film "Birth of A Nation" because no-other theater would show it.
Also check out this article by Ed Moy in Examiner.com detailing the connections of my film with the life and work of Edward D. Wood Jr., and Tim Burton's film Ed Wood (1994):
So, to pay tribute/homage to Ed Wood, the late great Leslie Nielsen, and all awesome B-Movies out there, COME OUT TO THIS SCREENING! It will be an awesome event that truly cannot be missed!
