Hello there,
this week I restart the training for the Register. Wushu was ok and the strentgh exercise kill my legs! I did a pyramide training that means first with 40% 60% 80% power till your legs feel like... I never felt it this week! I was very excited because it´s long time ago that i joined the high diving team. They have to prepare their kids for a competition that means I can train by myself and I only want to jump from 1 metre because the feeling is so different. But I did a back sommersault from three metres and... of course... land on my back. Outsch!!! Ok back to the one metre I thought and after two hours the training was finished. This week we have the chance to jump from 5 or 7,5 metres. I´m scared maybe I do it.... I have to do it! Cross your thumbs please!
I can´t do the swimming workout because I have a bad Shoulder. Hope it went well next week.
On the weekend there was a Ba Gua seminar in Munich with Cheng Lijun. We train 4 hours per day and if you know Bagua you know what that means 8 hours walking in a circle line. Ba gua is a nice style but I think I prefer Hsing I or better Ba Ji Quan. I like more the hard things. Here are some pics from the seminar:
