Trampolining
Single Back Somersault: - Straight, Piked & Tucked. (Ok but bad technique)
Single Front Somersault: - Piked & Tucked. (Ok but bad technique)
‘ Gain’ Front Ss Tucked. * (ok)
‘ Gain’ Back Ss Tucked. * (ok)
Barani: - Straight, Piked & Tucked. (bad technique)
Link: - Back somersault S, Barani S, Back Ss P. (have to try)
Crash-Dive Straight, Barani Ball out Tucked. (ok but I do it without the half twist)
Lazy Back (¾ Back Ss) Straight. (ok but bad technique)
Twist to Crash Dive (Arabian). (ok)
Twist to Front Somersault Tucked (Arabian). (ok but bad technique)
Full Twisting Back Ss. (have to train this)
Full Twisting Front Ss. (have to train this)
Side somersault. (good in both sides)
1 ¼ Front Ss Tucked. (fuck this!!!)
1 ¼ Back Ss Tucked. (ok)
1 ¾ Front somersault Tucked, Barani Ball out Tucked. (ok) And I was on a seminar with grandmaster Wu Bin, the trainer of Jet li. It was a nice seminar, we have to do two basic forms showed by Sun Yinyin. There are not much people, that was good for us because we can train a little bit better. Sun Yinyin and me
Wu Bin is teaching Taiji Li style, never heard from this style before from left to right
