flattery?

i was going through the net when i came upon this:

what does it mean? the font used on the site is the same as mine, as well as the layout. you can check my site as a point of reference if you want to. the drawing link takes you directly to this blog. hahah is someone trying to rip me off?

i looked up sebastian agresti and i got this, and this. one being a deviantart account and the latter a myspace account; the funny thing is that i am listed as one of his favourite artists on the deviantart page. i'm not pointing fingers, but would somebody like to fill me in? what is really good, hahaha- should i be flattered?
