u're the man! way to go!

We're all wise in different ways at different times in our lives. The 20s are characterized by the wisdom of the body, it will never be stronger, faster or more limber than in your twenties. You can do things that you'll never be able to do with such ease again. Your 20s is also the time when you know the least about life, and so are willing to try anything. This is when you learn, though trial and error, what works for you...and what doesn't. I won't spoil your ride with any predictions about what your 30s and 40s might hold. I know what mine did, but your's, probably (hopefully), will be different. The 30s, for me, were pure hell. 40s were a definite improvement. 50s??? I'll let you know in 8 or 10 years.
