Unprecedented attack ad from Florida governor #RickScott PAC against an irate, presumably unemployed woman who complained he cut #Medicaid so she couldn't get #ObamaCare. If you are in charge, you take the heat. You don't sic the attack dogs on a suffering citizen, no matter how rude.
