I'm pretty frustrated with #TimeWarnerCable. Beyond the pixilated picture, I was unable to watch #Oscars last night. Was glad to schedule a repair call during a one hour window this morning. The tech calls at 9:30 and says he's here - could I open the door. I go down and there's no one there. I wait five minutes and still no one. So I call customer service. Five minutes later, I get a call from the tech. He's here. I go down to open the door and he asks me if I just needed some questions answered. I said no, I have a problem with my cable. Oh, he says let's go take a look. I ask him to remove his shoes. He says he cannot. He asks me if I have something to cover his shoes. I then ask him if he has booties. He says no. Then he leaves.
