World Premieres of 2 Original New Plays
"Wife #11" is a nostalgic, funny and moving play that unveils
an untold love story set in the 1920's about a charismatic polygamist
and what happens after he marries his 11th wife!
Inspired by true historical events.
"Akan Datang!" is a lively and enchanting play
about a teenage ticket seller who tries to woo a girl
who regularly goes to see movies with their protective parents.
Inspired by actual love notes found behind 1960's cinema tickets.
Extra: "Singapore in Love"
What's more, you'll also be treated to magical multimedia sequences;
a specially-created multimedia installation outside the theatre; plus
a fun audience interactive segment as well as dramatized
presentations of actual love letters contributed by Singaporeans.
