War for the Planet of the Apes! Pretty good movie. Now that I've seen the trilogy I can say that the Original Planet of the Apes Universe is still my favourite.

For me it was hard to relate to the CGI Apes. For the whole trilogy only a few apes had anything close to a personality while the rest were basically animals.

The original series however silly featured more anthropomorphic characters which has clear individual personalities. Zera was a caring biologist, Cornelius was an up and coming scientist and lovable all round geek and Dr Zaius was a grumpy old protector of the race.

The new trilogy is a nice attempt but Dr. Zauis is still king! ???
