Grilled #salmon on a bed of #spinach and bean #stew
BEAN STEW 2 fresh tomatoes 1 cup water 1 can chick peas 1 can kidney beans
1 red onion 1 clove Garlic Ginger Add the following spices as much as you'd like, to your taste: Cumin powder Cayenne pepper Salt
If there is too much liquid, uncover the pot and let it simmer until it's reduced.
READY TO #EAT!
Basil can also be added. Fresh basil will add an amazing #flavor and #smell
This can even be turned into a bean dip! Simmer til there's a light thick sauce, then mash up the beans. Ready to serve!
