If u want manly shoulders like Serena, do:

  1. Childhood ballet and taekwondo
  2. Swimming (this 1 u gotta start young)

Here i am showing u just some of the more effective shoulder/arms toning workouts (multiple angles cuz thats how much i love you)...last part if u lazy to squat (dont squat right now #momma)... can do when watching tv!

My form is not perfect and u can see me wobbling 2nd part... workin on it!

Next challenge for self... washboard abs like my gurl @hannahonline!!!
