My uber just got stopped mid journey home (police car, blared horn, blue lights... the works)

1. He was not speeding
2. We weren't doing anything out of the norm

1. Police car trailed us

2. Came next to us and blared lights and horns signalling to stop on shoulder ... while we were in the middle of a FOUR lane highway

3. Asked for driver's license

4. Asked where we were going

5. Opened MY door... asked for my ic

6. Asked where we were going again

7. To which i asked is this legal? Normal procedure? 'I'm going home" . 8.Asked for my EXACT address (which i didnt give)

So my q.... 1.IS THIS NORMAL? 2. Do i have too much makeup on ? and not look very ... ahem... legal?
