damn, it's been a while since i last checked in... A lot of things going on in the past few weeks, mostly regarding work and bad weather. It has been snowing and raining in Shanghai like crazy, I am not complaining however, it was actually quite a beautiful sight to see! Check it out.
Later,
After close to 24 hours of travel that took me from Shanghai, to Beijing, and finally to the familiar halls of Newark EWR airport in lovely New Jersey. I am finally home...well I really don't know where I should call home anymore, hmmm. Anyhow, I am happy to be back in the Garden State; a wonderful opportunity to visit family, friends, and my record collection, which I have neglected for a number of years.
This trip home a big task that I am taking on is the conversion of my vinyl collection from analog to digital. No ...Read more

P.S. The girls at Hooters are not hot at all, they are very nice though!
This entry is a tiny bit late, I actually received this beautiful gift during Christmas. I just remembered, only a few days ago that I hadn't posted it. This is the one and only gift that I received for the holiday, but it was a DAMN GREAT one. I introduce to you, the Agent Provocateur, "Strip" candle. As you will see in a previous entry, I already own the candle named "Tease", now I have "Strip-Tease". (Stripper and pole not included.)

A short weekend, but a good one! Had a chance to meet up with a lot of friends, ran a lot of errands, went to the Yoho 2nd Anniversary party, and most importantly got my kitchen up and running; so I will be cooking tonight...anyone up for dinner?
The pics below are from the night. Thanks to Maggie for hooking up the invites to the Yoho Party, I don't know if it was a good party, but it was fun! A lot of crazy fans who made quite intricate signage and posters to salute their favorite Boy Bands. LOL!

Another year on the books.
I had a brilliant New Year's Day dinner last night. It was at a quaint and comfortable private kitchen/guesthouse near the French Concession that I will leave unnamed. The food and the atmosphere were great, the company even better! I love the bathroom in this place, as you will see in the photos I took a few self-portraits of myself. I have also landed on a resolution for the new year, it is to wear more of the color 'red'. I have been told that it is the color that suit...Read more
and quite frankly it was the best thing that I have ever drawn."
Not much to say about today, except for that it was magnificent! The weather was cold and crisp, the sky was clear, I ate great food, meet some old friends, the city was beautiful and full of life. I did lose my iPhone today, but the day was so good, that this doesn't matter at all.
And, I found a pretty rare candle, on the window sill of my friend's house... a Gucci one at that. Pretty damn baller, and it smells good!

Was shopping around town today in an attempt to pick up some stuff for the new apartment, and look what I stumbled upon at Designer's Republic, in the Bund. They cost me a grip, but are well worth it! Malin + Goetz candles, "dark rum" and "mojito" scented. If you are ever in Shanghai, be sure to check out the shop; it is like the sister store of sorts to Moss in NY, not exactly but pretty damn good considering all things! later,

Told you that I would be back with more news from the Candle Club. It's been a while since I have been able light up. I have resided in a hotel since my move from Hong Kong to Shanghai 3 weeks ago. Finally, I have moved into my new apartment, and figured the best way to break it in was a new candle. Far from my favorite, but not to shabby. Here is the "orange" candle from L'Occitane.
