his breed is a poodle..... ( i know.... never been a fan but this one stole my heart with a sad face)

guess so.... but she has a thing for bigger dogs... and he is such a wuss... he is afraid of the stairs... i spent a hour to teaching him on how to use the stairs and the lesson continues tomorrow as well

Female dogs, especially when they have ruled the roost alone, don't take kindly to new dogs being introduced. Females especially like to dominate male dogs and show them that while they may be the alpha female, the newbie ain't no stinkin alpha male. You're her alpha male, for sure. That is the only way you can control her, you be da boss.
