This workout got my abs to finally pop! I started with 25min cardio/4km to get a real sweat in and then focused on as many ab stuff I could:
30 bent leg sit ups 30 Russian twists 20 toe taps 20 side toe taps 20 leg lifts 20 flutter kicks 20 spider crunches 30sec plank
Repeat 2-3x and feel the burn!
