Sarah’s Playground on MYEG Xtra Time

The awesome producers of MYeG Xtra Time have been sending me the clips of my segments on the show. They also enjoy my potty mouth humour that always seems uncensored when the cameras roll. Oh well. LOL that’s tv for ya!

So for anyone who’s ever wanted to achieve 6-pack abs, i’ve got a handful of moves that could help you out! Jokes aside, they were incredibly exercises that Kevin taught! I work out regularly but I still felt the burn on my core!

I’m having lots of fun doing these kind of shoots and I must say I’ve learnt a lot this season and getting a lot more practice reading the Auto-Cue as most of my links are usually memorised or improvised. But it is a great skill that every host should be able to have in their back pocket. I must say, I’ve been more vigilant when it comes to watching hosts out here in North America do their ish.
