Be in control of your energy. Consider how you affect someone, whether it is your actions or words. Sometimes its so easy to be so critical of others or judge other people but this week, try to help than hurt. Encourage and send positive vibes. Good energy goes a long way.

I am lucky to have a good support system and have friends who have been encouraging throughout ny career. The ones that never doubted my ability to achieve my goals or at least die trying. Your continual encouragement goes further than you think.
