Event - FHM Girls Next Door Party 2009

Despite being relatively ill-prepared and slightly lethargic from not enough rest, I sniffled my way into the Sunshine Bar venue with a sore throat and a runny nose. I didn’t want to be caught with having to pay taxis a high premium for driving me through Friday traffic, so I arrived early. The girls were working on their hiphop and belly dancing while the pole dancers were getting ready for their routine. Everyone was chirpy and enjoying the opportunity to bask in their 5 mins of fame with a Carlsberg calendar to boast!

For those that didn’t attend, the lovely ladies can be found on the FHM Malaysia Blog ( www.fhmmalaysia.blogspot.com). It was one of the most fun events I had emceed with lots of laughs and entertaining answers, contestants and randoms coming up on stage and participating. My co-emcee Rudy from Hitz.fm was a great character to play off and most of the time we just had fun! We had a performance by lyrical rapper Caprice and of course prizes from Samsung, Chronotech, Davidoff and Redken to give away.

So…….. the winner was model Jezamine Lim, 25, from Klang.  All of these chicks were absolutely adorable with huge personalities and were selected from hundreds of entries across the country to participate in this competition. Kudos for their hard work that nite!! (and of course rockin the three diffferent covers of Jan 2009) So watch out for Jezamine’s April 2009 Issue. It’ll be hot!!
