Ate the Char Siew the 2nd time when Brian and Annie brought me to try the another branch of Tsui Wah in Causeway Bay.
There is this sauce make up of ginger called “Geong Yung” which makes the Char Siew taste even better!
Crazy, it just brings out the sweetness and fragrance more!
Wza didn’t let me try it!
I have to write the Char Siew again because i am already missing so badly now in Singapore
When can i eat it again?
We had 8 plates of it!
