Yao is a kind and cool dude . I met him years ago at a place called the Le Chateau in Berkeley. I used to go over there to aquire various things and record music with this kid named Abasi (one of the first mc's I worked with, he was also in a local political/backpack hiphop group called Itai Doshin, I still have their single, not really my cup of tea though). Eventually Yao started making music too and has since become an awesome manipulator of sounds. Checkout his new beat tape (actually a live recording in his home studio)
