突然間, 有好多人問我腹肌是怎麼練的。 突然間, 鼓勵了一些朋友去做運動了我也感到欣慰, 但我覺得我的心態和意志才是讓我自己最最最自豪的事。 外表的變化或許是成果之一, 但我更自豪的是多了那份更堅強的意志。
我每次都會說, 就算人生有多少自己控制不了的事, 至少鍛鍊和練歌,是一定會一分耕耘一分收穫的。 我的鍛鍊早在16年年初就已經融入了我的生活, 每星期看情況,最起碼都有3到4次運動, 時間做得不長但很劇烈。 我也其實沒有仔細計算腹肌是什麼時候開始有的, 我只知道體能鍛鍊已成為我生活很重要的一部份。 也沒有怎麼量體重, 好像重量一直都是那樣, 肌肉多了還重了一點點呢。 不過, 或許是因為媽媽的離開, 我想照顧好自己的身體。 或許是無奈事太多, 我想用運動來發洩一下。 或許是有一些人和事和一些目光或言語, 我想用鍛鍊來和自己說, 「Hey, Robynn, 人家小看你無所謂,你可不要小看自己!」 我知道這一種鍛鍊不適合所有人, 其實有定期運動就已經很好。 我的鍛鍊是因為喜歡, 喜歡所以有動力, 有動力所以有個人感受到和外界看到的成果。 我跑過兩次10K賽,接下來也或許會跑, 但我其實真的不怎麼喜歡。 我也知道跑步對自己好, 但我暫時還沒有找到真的讓我愛上它的點。但對於 HIIT 和 Circuirt training...Read more
