Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YB2gjWzB_VA Recently found this link on something I shot a few years back when I was theartistic director for the new Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Clown College in Florida.They pretty much took the Clown College name, which I hold near and dear, and dumped it into a theme park called Wannado CityIt's a really bizarre and wonderful concept where the tag is:Where a kid can be a kid!The developers built this Kid size replica of a working city complete with a hospital, bank, fire station and of course, a circus tent.Each of these different venues were sponsored by a different corporation. For example, they would go to the the Citibank Fire Station or Publix Supermarket. All this while spending the theme park's own currency, the Wannado Buck.The idea was to get em' while they're young. Branding Branding Branding!The kids that had seasonal passes that came to the park everyday started to develop their own entrepreneurial skills by selling the free clown noses we gave away to other visitors.The coolest thing ever?Children can go to the Fort Lauderdale Hospital and cut out a patient's liver in surgery.I've seen kids of all ages scream and run out of the place.Now THAT'S entertainment!
