As China becomes more aware about fitness, the Founder of RhythmFit, Orlando To is stamping his unique brand designed to give a total body workout using rhythm at its base with simple yet dynamic moves to burn calories.

随着健身行业在中国的蓬勃发展，RhythmFit创始人杜德智标榜了其独一无二的品牌理念----在简单并具有动感的基础上配合韵律来进行全身运动从而达到燃烧卡路里。

 

The 50 minute routine incorporates a variety of elements including fitness dance, sports moves, combat-cardio, functional core-training and total stretch.

Orlando explains. “I also have a strong connection to Shanghai since I’m half-Shanghainese”.

50分钟的课程中包含了各种元素，包括健身舞蹈，体育运动，有氧搏击，核心控制和伸展运动。“我想要和当地的朋友们分享我的健身知识并且提高他们对于健康重视的意识。”杜德智说：“我也想努力地融入上海，因为我也算半个上海人。”

 

Orlando's passion for fitness began at an early age and love of music inherited from his parents, mother being Zhang Lu (張露) , the famous Shanghainese Pop Diva of the 1940’s and 50’s and also inspired by his brother Alex To (杜德伟) who is now one of Asia’s most famous male Pop stars.

杜德智对健身的热爱始于年轻的时候并且由于父母开始喜欢上了音乐。他的母亲---张露是上海1940年代和50年代的著名流行天后。并且，他也从他的亚洲著名流行男歌手的弟弟---杜德伟那里得到了灵感。

 

On December 17 th, at 5:00pm at the Flagship store of Tera Wellness in the central city centre of Shanghai, Orlando will be presenting an open show for 1 hour, where he’s inviting anyone and everyone to experience his special way of training.

杜德智将于12月17日下午5点，在上海一兆韦德旗舰店城市会所进行1小时的公开课。每个人都可以来体验他特殊的健身训练。
