COFFEE BEANRY at Nan Jing Lu... met with the Lifestyle Editor of Financial Times

Tai Kang Lu at my favourite cafe MAUI... which I always have the Lemon Juice for 20 RMB

yeah... I need to go to the gym everyday.... even for 5 minutes, just to keep the routine... if I stop 1 day.... THAT'S IT! ;o)
