ALL!!!Just want to share with you that I have started (1 hour ago) my 21 DAY "HIGH CARDIO EXTREME ROUTINE" (H.C.E.R)!!!HIGH CARDIO EXTREME ROUTINE (H.C.E.R) = 5x 10 Meter Sprints + 30 sec High Hand-to-Foot Kicks (30 sec rest) + 30 sec Push-up-to-High Jumps (30 sec rest) + 30 sec 180 Degree Core Jumps (30 sec rest) + 30 sec Horizontal Stair Climb (30 sec rest) + 30 sec High Knee Lifts THEN times all that by THREE! ;o) Around 18 minutes of extreme HELL!! ;o)Let's see how it goes!!!Robert
