One of my best BRO'S ORLANDO TO, came to stay over my place for a few days! Orlando has always been an inspiration to me to basicall get FIT! He's Hong Kong's Number 1 FITNESS INSTRUCTOR and was just recently sponsored by NIKE for their fitness programmes! Here's his website :

Most of you would probably know his brother who is a huge ROCK STAR in China - ALEX TO.

We checked out a few Salsa bars though the week and tried to work on some new dance moves! I actually picked up Salsa from Orlando who is a fantastic teacher! When he, Alex and I go out salsa dancing... watch out dance floor!

Orlando left back for Hong Kong, Work, Meetings, Work...

Interviews, Meetings, Lunch meetings, Work, Eat...

FRIDAY

Work, Invited to ABSOLUTE VODKA ICE BAR OPENNING! Was pretty cool... literally... Absolute basically opened a new ICE BAR where you need to wear a huge warm over coat and gloves, enter a FREEZER where the Bar and even GLASSES where made out of ice! very very cool! Music was HIP HOP so my style... good atmosphere... Club is in 138 Huai Hai Lu, in the same complex as BABYFACE, for those who know the club scene in Shanghai.

SATURDAY

Went to work at 9:00am till 12:00pm! That night Shanghai had HEAVY RAINS, LIGHTNING and THUNDER STORMS.... stayed in, cleaned the house from top to bottom... worked a little more.

SUNDAY

The HIGHLIGHT of my WEEKEND was to meet one of the Founders himself of AliveNotDead, PAT LEE in Shanghai... great meeting you Pat!

Took Pat to my favourite cafe - you guessed it - Tai Kang Lu, MAUI CAFE!

MONDAY

Up at 7:00am! Work by 8:00am! My project is coming along well and we hope to soft launch by mid July!

Just came back from a Penthouse Party with Mr. John Benn... Star of WAY OF THE DRAGON with BRUCE LEE and was also in FEARLESS with JET LI.

Thats about it for the week! I'll be leaving on Friday for Australia for my baby sister's 18th birthday! Cant wait to see the family!
