DIET, XIN TIAN DI, MILLIONAIRE'S FAIR, JZ CLUB

Today is JUNE 1st and here in Shanghai it's officially CHILDREN'S DAY.... But for me it's "DIET DAY"... I begin my 1 month NO CARBS, NO SUGAR, NO WHATEVER I REALLY LIKE TO EAT - DIET!

My aim is that when I head to Sydney for my baby sister's 18th Birthday on JUNE 29th, I'm looking like Im ready to ROCK!

After work, I met with the Producers of the new series ADVENTURE GIRL in Xin Tian Di, and did a lot of people watching, sitting at COFFEE BEAN, drinking a ICED COFFEE, NO MILK with "Extra" sugar sweetener!

We then were invited to the MILLIONAIRE'S FAIR in Shanghai's Exhibition Centre on Nanjing Lu... Lots of people, around 3000, with Live music, drinks and the who's who of Shanghai.

After that, we headed to the JZ CLUB, ( www.jzclub.cn ) Shanghai's No.1 Jazz spot, but funnily enough, every FRIDAY only, it becomes at LATIN SALSA night, with jam packed people dancing and doing "their thing"...
