Jeffrey Chu and I are working on new media projects together along with a team of great people in Shanghai. This project stemmed from an interest in Architecture, history and nostalgia that we share. I have done a small documentary about visiting a person still living in a nongtang the very night before it was torn down. Team member Jude Jiang has been working on a project on the fading shanghai architecture and its unique nongtang alley culture. This barbershop in this video is slated for demolition before the end of the year.
