This is the reason why most corporate groups live in self-illusion and eventually losing motivation. I dare to say that most HR departments out there that practice this stupid way of performance evaluation are just bunch of Hopeless Ridiculous that do nothing contributing to the growth of the companies but killing actual potential performers.
