Personally there are 2 places i won't mind keep hanging out all the time, not all the Quays, not all the Malls, it is Holland Village and this Tiong Bahru Kim Tian... the old flooring, the old bricks, everything is so nostalgic. Even a modern cafe like this doesn't spoilt its colour.
