Not my 1st time taking Qatar Airways, recently they won the best airline, though i have several times of experience on delayed and cancelled flights... this is my 1st time i encountered ground crews lying to passengers, and lying 2 times to me, just to push away responsibility to the other counterparts at Doha and Istanbul. At least the Doha staff had sent the case for investigation. This kind of customer service is really best for nothing, if there is a scale of 1-10, i can proudly award them 0. i feel so ashamed as a Singaporean when you see your locals did this with the famous quote "relac la bang"... well, probably another reason for celebrating SG50.
