In the first place, it is whose money to build the public transport facilities? It is whose money to build all the facilities of this country? You are called public service sector, which means your job is to serve the public. Like the famous quote says, "If the driver (worker) sleeps in his driving work, the vehicle commander or the passengers should slap the driver to wake him up." You are just the driver, you are not the vechile owner because it is not your money to buy it. I think most passengers don't even realised they are the actual vehicle owners, this is because they have been brain wash to put all the trust on the driver and commanded to keep their mouth shut.
