After many years of observation, i find it is a gift to have an ability to inspire others, it cannot be trained to inspire others, just like you can't be trained to be humbled. You are humbly built you will be humble always, you can motivate and you will motivate, i never seen anyone walk out from an institution that said he or she has mastered the skill of motivation and successfully inspiring people. It is an attitude of life, a nature within.
