beautiful dayz

Hazy sunshine, Peaceful Saturday afternoons.

Hong Kong is so beautiful on dayz like these.

Since i moved here, i haven't really had enough chance to enjoy HK and all it has to offer. I have been back and forth for the past years. Every time its like a new journey. Having a space that i can call home for the now makes it more real.

HK has its own strong vibe. It's truly unique, but it makes me hungry to see more of what is out there. It's this nomadic spirit that makes it hard to embrace all wholeheartedly...you want to see everything, you want to pay attention to the small details. The walk down the street, the smells in the air, seeing the old vendors still pulling and pushing and talking - the daily grind. It's different from China. I have more of a nostalgia for Hong Kong. This is feeling like home turf.. almost...i love City super.....park n shop...seven elevens...watsons.....GOD....ATMS....TAXIS i am such a whore to convenience.

China is enchanting. There is space... and there are plenty of people. The smells of the city are very chinese to me...it's a love hate relationship. There are plenty of dreams, people can be whatever they want to be. The doors closed, and its been bubbling away. There is still a rawness to it. Wonder how it's gonna be in a short time  from now? Label crazy, wealth gain, status freaks...fashion and estate dramas..and the super poor ...its all its own sitcom.

It affects the senses differently. It's can actually be quite chaotic. The energy of knowledge is hungry.

One of these days there will be a place i can call home sweet home and feel like i can lay down my butt for long enough...
