Waikiki beach Sunset golden hour

The sun hiding behind a thick cloud layer, as if planning for a spectacular exit before she will finally leave to illuminate the other side of the world. There are many figures silhouetted against the evening sky. Heads bobbing in and out of the water, arms flailing, sails poking the sky in the distance. There are different hues of blues, but a very definite road of gold marbling between me and the sail that points to the sun. The eye is drawn to this path, and wants to forget all the other beauty around it. And when you look around, you will notice that most figures are oriented toward the sun.
