Just confirmed official ambassador for HKGFM (HK's number one online radio) and for HOT PARTY TV! Cant wait to start doing more interviews and hosting for both of them! EXCITEMENT!

Last week I had the pleasure of hanging out with James Blunt along with MCG, we were both invited to the concert and 'access all areas' along with getting a ride with them to the after party. There were only 20 of us there so we truly felt honored and blessed to be invited into such a private event. A big thank you to James Blunt and his band along with our friend James Hill the owner of Luxos Magazine.

In other news . . . I've signed up with a trainer today - getting fit fit fit !!! Summers here and the birds will be singing and I'd like to sing a long with them too . . .I'm just tired of not being 100% as I used to in my dancing days - so starting Monday I've got a trainer thats gonna kick my butt into gear and get me in the gym 7 days a week. Its a 5 week program so wish me luck folks!

Last week I had the pleasure of doing a Hong Kong photo shoot along with the lovely DJ Sky Tao . . . for Jeff Hahn's photography collection . . . hopefully we'll have the photos soon!

I'm going to watch now 'The Tibetan Book of the Dead' narrated by Leonard Cohen (one of my favorite artists).
