Metro at Singapore International School

Hello all, I hope this entry finds everyone happy and in good health.  We wanted to pass along some info about what we have been doing and a little about what is to come.  Check out this quote we got from one of the schools we performed at this past week. "I would strongly recommend you to get "Metro" to perform for your

school. They are absolutely fantastic. Not only their singing is

refreshing and their musical sense applauding, their passion to teach

the kids is hard to be found in many talented musicians nowadays. Please

get them to meet your kids without hesitation!" Metro not only does their own ticketed shows, but we go out to schools and other locations to do Vocal history Seminars and Vocal Clinics.  We teach kids (Or any age for that matter) the history of vocal music and clinics about the basics of singing and performing.  It's so much fun, and the students seem to really enjoy it.  We went to Singapore International this last week, and performed for 1200 students.  They wanted pics and autographs, and it was just a vocal history seminar turned into a concert.  I think the show style of teaching really gets them excited, and wanting to learn.  We do a question and answer section at the end, and they had those hands up to ask very intelligent questions.As for future gigs, we are putting another possible gig together for Backstage Live in April.  We will inform you when we finalize.  We hope you can make it to the show if you are in the Hong Kong area.Thanks for reading,Kevin of Metro
