I had a really really great press con on Thursday for the cabaret show I am writing and performing in Sept. I was very thankful to have my good friend, Ursule Wong be my MC for the event...I had Sabrina and Ted there to interview for the show....I'm so happy that Ted agreed to be interviewed!!! Wow...it has just been crazy lately! I haven't had time to do anything lately! Anyways....just want to briefly update on what has been going on in my life...so, I am still preparing for my project for this year....it's starting to pick up and I'm starting to feel like I don't have time for those extra French classes anymore! Well, it's been a pretty busy year so far. I've been really trying to use my time productively and I feel like it has really begun to show. Thank the Lord for giving me this time to really work at it!!! And for actually having the passion to do so! I have spent some nights just suddenly feeling like practicing piano...but, I have to use headphones..hahaha...my poor neighbors....

Ok ok ok....it's time to get back into the swing of things. I've been away for way too long! So, after my trip to Japan I went on my 3 week holiday with my family! There were a total of 16 of us on this eventful holiday. We hit Sydney for Christmas and swung by Christchurch in New Zealand...and finished the New Year at Auckland....BEAUTIFUL places!!! And such a great holiday with so many of my loved ones.

I had to do a pole dancing show with Ania on Tues night for the Tung Wah charity show...a few things that were obstacles for that night....no real place to warm up...and the dressing room was FREEZING!!! We were told that we'd go on at 10:15pm..but, we ended up going around 11:15pm!!!! So...our muscles were already cold by then and our energy level was a little past the original high. The poles were difficult to work on because they were extremely slippery from the cold air conditioning in the studio...Read more
There's nothing like traveling to one of your favorite places and having the excuse of being there because of work....of course, it never hurts to extend the time spent there.... mwa ha ha ha!
One thing I really don't like is the 2 hr bus ride from Narita airport into the city. My trip last week was to Bangkok last week. I was invited to the yearly "Salsa Festival" that they have there. And, basically the organizers want to bring in other forms of dance. Pole dancing is starting to become more popular there and they wanted to bring a positive image of the dance into Thailand... Ok, so...lot's happening in my life right now. This will definitely be the busiest month for me. I'm currently not in HK...just teaching 4 workshops and performing Pole Dancing this weekend...and I'll mention all that once I'm back in HK. but, this month is packed with work work work!!!
