Mark Ryan Review: Christina Chan x FCC

Hey Crew,

I just recently attended the luncheon: "Why is the Post 80's Generation Angry?" 

Main Speakers: Christina Chan and Mirana M. Szeto.

I left the luncheon with a few questions...

1. Did Christina Chan talk about the Post 80's generation? Not really.2. Did Christina Chan talk about why the Post 80's generation specifically is angry? Not really.3. Did Christina Chan mention any members of the Post 80's generation movement (other than herself)? Not really.
2. Did Christina Chan list the reasons why young people are joining the protesting movement in Hong Kong? No! What did she talk about?

She mentioned that she doesn't want to be labeled as a member of the "Post 80's Generation"

She mentioned that herself and "her friends" are not really that well organized.

She mentioned that she DID use force when dealing with the police. "Stepping over a barrier requires force." Christina Chan

She mentioned that she isn't a very good public speaker. (I know that from experience now!)

She mentioned that Mirana M. Szeto is more qualified to speak about the movement.

One good thing did come from the luncheon.
