Hey Crew,

I received an email today with an important question:

"Mark! Please answer the following question for me. What are the positive moments from your race?"

GREAT QUESTION!

1. Ran a good 6km!

2. Had support from a few of my friends at the finish line.

3. Had a mental breakdown...and eventually recovered

and....MOST IMPORTANTLY!

1. My training partner won the race! Yes! It was hard to lose the race...especially in the way I lost. However, I'm glad my training partner could win!
