I am very pleased to announce that we now have a Facebook page and Twitter site set up for the Persephone project.
During the turn of the 19th century, in a tiny town nestled somewhere in the Netherlands,
a husband and wife had once run a very unsuccessful candy shop. Desperate, broke
and starving they had decided to trade their souls to a demon in exchange for a recipe
that would teach them how to make the most delicious chocolate in the world.
However, the demon tricked them and delivered a young child to their doorstep the next
day. This was no ordinary baby though – for it was made of pure chocolate. Upon
receiving this odd delivery, the guardians learned that if they raised her correctly, and
took proper care of the young girl then she would grow beautiful and strong… and
provide them with sweet chocolate for the rest of their lives.
And so, begins the tale of “Persephone”… a live-action / CGI-infused short film adapted
from the farable, “Both Bitter and Sweet Was Persephone Inside Most Incomplete.”
Please spread the Facebook page ( Click the Like button! ) and Twitter page to all of your friends and help to promote our project.
You will be updated on the current production, behind-the-scenes videos, photos and online contests, giveaways and competitions in which we'll be giving away...
