Considering what time we got to bed the night before (err .. morning of, rather) I didn’t wake up until 4:00 p.m. the next day. It’s strange to wake up and watch the sun set … but I suppose every once in a while it doesn’t hurt to have one night of recklesness for the sake of getting it out of your system.
I took a shower and checked some stuff on my computer, writing up the blog entry for the previous day, while Pat woke up. We decided to go talk to someone downstairs about renting units in this building and got a nice tour of the facility. Some of you might know that Pat is moving here to Hong Kong (or, pretty much has at this point, I guess). We actually saw a unit 2 doors down from Raffi’s with the exact same floor plan.
After we came back Stephen was up and the three of us did some putzing on our duelling laptops until we decided to go grab some food. We tried calling He Jing De to join us, but couldn’t get through to him. We walked over to the mall and decided to go see a 9:40 showing of “Casino Royale”, which gave us about an hour to eat some food. After an unsuccessful search for Korean food we ended up at a Chinese restaurant.

After dinner we saw the movie. It was pretty good. I give it a 8 out of 10. 2 points off for some confusing issues with the story and an overall “jerky” feeling I had when watching it. It was a great movie otherwise.
By the time we got out of the movie it was already midnight, but when you wake up at 4:00 p.m. that isn’t such a stretch. Then we came back to Raffi’s and the three of us embraced our inner geek by going on to our laptops and doing nothing in particular. Ah … good times … good times.
